Book on Jerry Rawlings to Hit Nigeria Soon




As  Ghanians are planning big for the funeral of their departed leader John Jerry Rawlings a Ghanian Professor, Kwame Addo has written a book about the life and time of the late Hero and the book is expected to hit Nigerian market soon.

The book 'CHANGES’ the Dawn of a Revolution, tells the story of Ghana’s June 4th 1979 revolution and the events directly related to it.

It reveals an African uprising captured in ‘real time’ (1979) by Kwame Addo, an artist, as the continent continues to rediscover the true essence of its democracy; reminding us of the people’s power and their desire to survive in a free, just and accountable society. This insightful illustrated document is timely and informative after incubating for forty years. The A4 size, 34 pages comic format, cloaked in a captivating semi hard cover is available in English, French and Spanish.




Professor Kwame Addo, a Visionary and great personality from Ghana has achieved so much at the international level. Some of his major achievements include the design of the 190EMercedes Benz car which is used worldwide, the architectural design of the BBVA Bank headquarters and the Colombian commemorative currency note for the discovery of the Americas, but his creativity has no limit!…he is a jack of all trades-an artist, designer, architect, musician, visualizer, communicator to mention a few.

He wrote the book “Changes” with intensive experience due to his relationship with the former President and his family

Makinde To Re award Moniya Iseyin Road

Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, has announced the revocation of the Moniya-Iseyin road contract awarded during the administration of the immediate past government for the sum of N7 billion. Makinde, who made the disclosure while speaking at the launch of a $5 million Agribusiness Project initiative by Farmcrowdy, said that the road was central to the government’s resolve to promote agribusiness. According to him, the previous government awarded the contract to an engineering firm that did not have capacity to handle the project, adding that even though the owner of the firm was known to him, he could not mix friendship with the business of governance. A statement by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Taiwo Adisa, quoted the Governor as saying that the contract was revoked to enable him address the challenges of moving farm produce around the state.
